Causes Of Lithium Battery Explosion

1. Large internal polarization;
2. The electrode piece absorbs water and reacts with the electrolyte to produce a gas bubble;
3. Quality and performance problems of the electrolyte itself;
4. When injecting liquid, the amount of liquid injected cannot meet the process requirements;
5. The sealing performance of laser welding is poor during the assembly process, resulting in air leakage when measuring air leakage;
