The carbon coated aluminum foil is made of a composite paste based on conductive carbon and a high purity electronic aluminum foil using a transfer coating process.

Suppress battery polarization, reduce thermal effects, and improve magnification performance;
Reducing the internal resistance of the battery and significantly reducing the dynamic internal resistance increase during the cycling process;
Improve consistency and increase battery cycle life;

matters needing attention
Storage requires an environment with a temperature of 20 ± 5 ℃ and a humidity of not more than 50%. During transportation, it is necessary to avoid the erosion of aluminum foil by air and water vapor;
The corresponding coated active substance D50 should preferably not be greater than 4-5 μ m. The compaction density shall not be greater than 2.25g/cm, and the specific surface area shall be within the range of 13-18 ㎡/g.
The heat dissipation of the carbon layer is poorer than that of the aluminum foil, so it is necessary to adjust the belt speed and baking temperature appropriately when coating;
Carbon coated aluminum foil can significantly improve the comprehensive performance of lithium batteries and capacitors, but it cannot be used as a major factor to change certain aspects of battery performance, such as battery energy density, high and low temperature performance, high voltage, and so on.
